According to Variety
“Starz has set a Nov. 8 premiere date for its limited series “Flesh and Bone,” hailing from “Breaking Bad” writer and producer Moira Walley-Beckett. …
The limited series, which was shot in New York City, was created by Walley-Beckett, and is exec produced by John Melfi (“House of Cards,” “Sex and the City”), Lawrence Bender (“Inglourious Basterds,” “Pulp Fiction,” “Good Will Hunting”) and Kevin Brown (“Roswell”). Australian filmmaker David Michôd directed the first episode.” [My emphasis]

According to The New Daily earlier this year, Australia will get the series, but as to when and who will air:
“When: TBA
Where: TBA
A new drama that unflinchingly depicts the cutthroat world of professional ballet. Flesh and Bone follows Claire (Sarah Hay), a young dancer who is accepted into a prestigious ballet company in New York where she is seduced and immersed in her glamorous and dysfunctional new world. With the pilot directed by Australia’s own David Michod (Animal Kingdom), Flesh and Bone promises to be a gripping ride.”
I tweeted Stan. earlier this afternoon and their response is below. I’ll update when I know of a definite Australian release date:
@MichodsKingdom No news at this stage. Always looking at new content though.
