David Michôd’s The Rover Nominated for 6 Australian Film Critics Association Awards 2015

I’m always curious to know how a film that is nominated in every “Best” category somehow manages to not be nominated in “Best Movie” category.  How does that happen I wonder?  According to An Online Universe the nominations are as follows and the AFCA Film Awards will be announced at the awards ceremony on 7 February 2015 at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) in Melbourne:
